The UK film industry is always in need of space, whether it’s a unique looking location to show off on camera, or a space to service that location by parking vehicles, storing equipment, and housing personnel.

 

This use is covered under permitted development rights, so requires no planning permission, and we have and extensive network of film industry decision makers from all of the large studios, so filling spaces isn’t an issue.
